Creation of a Patio Lounge Space staff/students

Creation of a Patio Lounge Space staff/students
With this proposal, we want to transform an currently unused patio space into a functional and inviting lounge area for staff. The patio, measuring approximately 2 x 4 meters, is currently an empty and underutilized space. Our intention is to redesign and beautify this area to create a comfortable and relaxing environment that promotes staff well-being, informal interaction, and mental recharge during the workday.

The patio will be redesigned into an eastern-inspired lounge space with warm, natural tones and comfortable seating elements.

What Volunteers Will Be Doing

 Painting the patio walls in an ecru/beige tone to create a calm and cohesive look
 Installation of a sun screen to protect against high UV exposure and make the space usable during daytime hours
 Making seating made from wooden pallets, covered with colorful fabrics and cushions
 Hang up decorative lanterns to create a warm and inviting atmosphere
 Attach wall-mounted plant bags with greenery to add life and freshness to the walls

The overall design will be cozy, informal, and visually attractive while remaining low-cost and sustainable

We have tasks for every skill level. You don’t need to be an expert—we’ll have tools and guidance on-site!
The objective of this project is to:
