To beautify and improve the school cafeteria area where students congregate and have their meals, study and chat with school mates and spend meaningful time together. We are proposing to make it more student-friendly with new furniture, a facelift with newly painted walls and cleaner surroundings, and installing new electrical sockets.

The student body members will be involved in carrying out the project, which involves beautifying the outside area of the cafeteria. The project will involve installing electrical outlets for a water-cooling station, the provision of new furniture and re-painting of the walls within the space. The features of project include:
1. Purchasing paint for repainting walls
2. Ordering/purchasing new furniture (stools)
3. Providing a snack/light meal for the students (on the day)
4. Installing a durable bench which will provide additional seating for students: with a possible covering for the bench so that students are not exposed to the elements.
5. Installing electrical sockets for a water station and at least one additional charging port.
We believe that this project will provide a more attractive and inviting student-friendly environment for students which will promote deeper comradery and communication and student wellbeing within the school community.
On the day itself.
6. Dispose of old furniture (3 volunteers)
7. Cleaning the surroundings (3 volunteers)
8. Painting the walls (6 volunteers' same one as at point 6 and 7)
9. Setting up new furniture (6 volunteers will put the furniture together)
10. Putting everything in its place (8 volunteers from point 7 and 8)
11. Set up water station (one volunteer will organize the setting up of the water supply)
12. Two volunteers will prepare light snacks (sandwiches and drinks like tea, orange juice, apple juice)
