The Hiking SCS Hiking Club, St. Paul's Conversion and Saba Nature Education invites all to go on the Spring Bay trail armed with gloves and bags to clear the rubbish at the shoreline. We will be working together with as many persons as possible to make a human chain to get all stuff out of there. Also a boat will be assisting from the water! 1. Go to the Bay whenever you can, until May 29, and collect bottles and other small items of plastic into the plastic bags as well as big items (crates, buckets, ...) but not putting them into the bags , and bring all of it to the indicated place with the arrow at the beginning of the Kelbey's Ridge, Bags will have to be closed!!! 2. May 29 at 2:00 pm whoever can will go down to the Spring Bay from English Quarter and collect the resting plastic going towards Kelbey's Ridge, and then we will start forming the chain up Kelbey's Ridge, people will stand 5 meters from one another. 3. May 29 at 4:00 pm another group of people (everybody who can) will start forming the chain from the top of Kelbey's Ridge, 5 meters from one another until they join those who will come from the Bay. That could be the final accent of Saba DOET 2021 for the whole island.
